Support

There are several terms and conditions for providing support by our company:

  1. Support is provided for Softvector.com software products via e-mail generally.
  2. Both registered and unregistered users get software support. When getting support, registered users have priority, i.e. their questions/requests are handled before questions/requests of unregistered users.
  3. Unless explicitly specified, support is provided at no charge.
  4. Support is provided for the lifetime of the product. If the product is discontinued, no support is provided either.
  5. Support for end-user products includes answering questions about the product, fixing bugs, and giving tips about the best ways to use the software.
  6. Support for software components and libraries includes answering questions about the product, fixing bugs, and giving tips about the best ways to use the software.
  7. We reserve the right to not answer questions, which are not related directly to our products.
